Last updated: 20th January 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use SBARC and the Creative Passport, which are services provided by National Youth Arts Wales (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using SBARC or the Creative Passport, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SBARC and the Creative Passport are available to young people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18:
You can still create and use an account
We may also need to contact a parent or guardian for safeguarding, consent, or participation in certain activities.
If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supporting the young person’s use of the service where appropriate.
SBARC and the Creative Passport are digital services designed to help young people:

apply for projects, auditions, and workshops
build a profile of skills, interests, and achievements
access creative credits, vouchers, or benefits where available
We may update, change, or improve the service over time.
When you create an account, you agree to:
provide accurate and truthful information
keep your login details secure
let us know if your details change
You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.
We may suspend or close accounts if:
The Terms are breached
false or misleading information is provided
The account is used inappropriately or unsafely
We are required to do so for safeguarding or legal reasons

You must not:
misuse the platform
attempt to access other users’ accounts

SBARC may show opportunities provided by third-party organisations (such as arts organisations, venues, or partners). Please note:
Opportunities are offered by those organisations, not by National Youth Arts Wales
We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties
each organisation may have its own terms, policies, or eligibility criteria
We do our best to curate opportunities responsibly, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.
From time to time, SBARC may offer creative credits, vouchers, or similar benefits. These:
may have eligibility rules
may expire
are not transferable unless stated
have no cash value unless explicitly stated
We may withdraw or amend credit schemes where required by funding, misuse, or operational reasons.
Some services may be free, and others may require payment in the future. If paid features are introduced:
Pricing and terms will be made clear before you sign up
You will not be charged without your agreement
Additional terms may apply

We will not use your content for marketing without consent.
Your safety is important to us.
We may take action if we believe:
